Looking for oil and gas jobs. I have extensive experience in the oil and gas industries and been involved in many plant shutdowns and start-ups. I have work experience as Offshore Installation Manager/offshore work supervisor, Asset Business Planner, operation/OR&A engineer and project engineer. I was assessed competent in Managing Major Emergency (MME) and am a certified Site Emergency Controller. I am also trained in incident investigation and Tripod Beta.

Responsible for HSE performance of the facility and ensure that emergencies are effectively managed. Ensure that site simulation drills are conducted effectively. * Deliver the agreed production targets and quality through efficient operations, optimum facilities uptime and effective unplanned deferment management. * Deliver functional asset integrity performance such as equipment reliability, zero Loss of containment (LOC) and ensure full compliance for critical PM. Analyse & improve facility & equipment performance, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for unplanned shutdown, initiate and drive the plant change request (PCR) and deviation control. * Develop facility yearly budget, analyse and monitor the utilisation of the budget in executing the planned production and maintenance activities effectively. Deliver cost effective operations against opex targets with intention of driving down Unit Operating Cost (UOC). Identify and implement cost effective and value added improvement initiatives. * Trained in Managing Major Emergencies (MME) and a certified competent Site Emergency Controller (SEC) to lead the Emergency Response Team during emergency situations or drills. * Review and approve Site Specific Procedures (SSP), isolation plans, spading list, work packages and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Formulate and coordinate corrective actions resulting from plant upsets to avoid or minimize disruption of gas delivery. * Plan and manage all routine operational tasks and allocated preventive & corrective maintenance tasks (utilize SAP system). Identify the Root Cause for all unplanned deferment and implement remedial action. * Manage SIMOPS (simultaneous operations) work activities during offshore project execution and major maintenance campaigns. * Review and approve PTWs, Site Specific procedures (SSP), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), isolation checklists and other HSSE documents / procedures to ensure the hazards, controls and mitigation measures are identified to safely carry out the job activities. * Ensure safe operation and management of the facility within its operational integrity envelope in accordance with Operational Excellence standards. Active adherence of Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management requirements. Non-compliances are to be recorded and rectified as stated in the company procedures. * Ensure the team competence profiles are maintained and enhanced. Involve in development of the Operations maintenance and asset integrity philosophies, P&ID reviews, HAZOPS, HAZIDs, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Pre-start up workshops/audits. * Deputy team leader of Mechanical & Maintenance subcommittee for Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Committee. * Project training coordinator.
