I have done Bachelors of Engineering in Computer/IT from India. I have also graduated Post Graduate diploma in IT from London, United Kingdom. I have got good experience in customer service field since I started my career. I have come to New Zealand recently and hold work visa here.
I have started my career as an online chat support executive and progressed with same job profile ahead. I have learnt a lot gaining good knowledge and experience of assisting customers. Working with multinational communication IT companies, I have enhanced my computer skills along with customer assistance at various platforms like online webchat service, email executive and outbound/inbound calling. Troubleshooting for the technical queries using different software of the company has always been interesting part for me. Solving IT problems or any other queries of customer, I have always tried to give complete solution and smiling customer for company.
My motive is to be problem solving and give immediate solution to customers always. My computer and fast typing skill, verbal and written communication skill will support my position in your company.
