I have also graduated Post Graduate diploma in IT from London, United Kingdom. I have got good experience in customer service field since I started my career. I have come to New Zealand recently and hold work visa here. I have started my career as an online chat support executive and progressed with same job profile ahead. I have learnt a lot gaining good knowledge and experience of assisting customers. Working with multinational communication IT companies, I have enhanced my computer skills along with customer assistance at various platforms like online webchat service, email executive and outbound/inbound calling. Troubleshooting for the technical queries using different software of the company has always been interesting part for me.
