I have 5+ years of experience in the back office operations handling variety of administrative tasks. I have worked with different departments such as sales support, customer service, supply chain, order management, account administration. In my previous role, I have supported the team with variety of work such as data entry, customer service, invoicing, preparation of reports and general office administration. I have handled multiple projects contracts simultaneously and provided support to the project management to deliver projects on time and meet project deadlines. Strong IT skills including ERP knowledge, MS word, power point, excel etc.
Answering customer phone and email enquiries, Processing invoices and payments, Tracking sales and purchase orders, Inputting customer data, General Administration support for the team and very accurate data entry skills. I have demonstrated my exceptional communication skills by working in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Having worked in back-end operations in various positions along with positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm for learning, I will be a great team player.
I have completed my graduation in computers engineering from India Koneru Lakshmaiah University (KLU). This graduation program has helped me to upgrade my skills and equipped me with a range of new skills needed to succeed in the present –day business landscape. I have exceptional communication skills, attention to details, customer focused with a ‘Can-do’
attitude, problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks.
